Welcome to the UC Waterski Team |
The waterski team is a club sport at the University of Cincinnati that has been around since the late 90's. The team is funded through the school and by team fundraising. All students are elgible to join the team, however to compete in the college tournaments you must meet a few requirements. The team skis from April through October competing on the National level September through October. You don't have to be a tournament skier to have fun with the team, there is just as much partying during the tournament weekend as there is skiing.
We currently practice on Monday nights at Extreme Watersports in Newtown, evenings/weekends at the Great Miami River in Hamilton, and any other free time we have on the weekends. Other then skiing the team goes on houseboat trips to Dale Hollow lake, snow ski trips in the winter, and parties every weekend we can find a place and people to party with.
